• Creating and maintaining a profile on WDYN is free of charge

• WDYN operates on a 10% commission model

• Commission is payable on any work secured through enquiries received via the platform

By using WDYN, you agree to honestly declare and pay commission on all relevant work gained through the platform.

3. Enquiries & Work Responsibility

• All enquiries are passed directly to you

• You are responsible for:

  • Communication with clients

  • Pricing

  • Delivering services

  • Any agreements made with clients

WDYN is not responsible for the outcome, quality, or delivery of any work carried out.

4. Profile Content

By submitting information, images, or content, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date

• You have permission to use any images or content submitted

• WDYN has the right to use this content for:

  • Your profile

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

WDYN reserves the right to edit content for clarity, formatting, or consistency.

5. No Verification

WDYN does not verify qualifications, certifications, or insurance of professionals or businesses.

Clients are encouraged to carry out their own checks before proceeding with any service.

6. Conduct & Use

You agree to:

• Act professionally and honestly with clients

• Not misuse the platform

• Not provide misleading or false information

WDYN reserves the right to remove profiles that breach these terms.

7. Payments & Commission Terms

• Commission (10%) applies only to work gained through WDYN enquiries

• Payment terms for commission may be agreed on a case-by-case basis

• Failure to declare or pay commission may result in:

  • Removal from the platform

  • Restriction from future use

8. Cancellation

• You may request removal of your profile at any time

• WDYN may remove or suspend profiles at its discretion

9. Liability

WDYN is not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or disputes between you and clients

• The outcome of any work carried out

• Any indirect or consequential losses

10. Updates to Terms

WDYN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
