Having previously run a highly successful catering company in Andalucia, Spain — which became a local institution and featured in a television series — they now bring their global culinary influence and expertise back to the UK. Spud Taylor is a fully qualified chef with extensive international experience, including working as a personal chef on luxury yachts, catering for touring bands, managing kitchens on oil rigs, and hosting his own cooking TV show.

Louisa Taylor is a graduate of Westminster Catering College with global hospitality experience across countries including India, Thailand, and Japan. She brings exceptional organisational skills and front-of-house expertise, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
