Welcome to Time For You Therapy. My name is Kate, and I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist, registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself openly and work collaboratively to find solutions that truly make a difference. I am also a qualified practitioner of neurolinguistic programming and am currently training to become a psychotherapeutic counsellor.
